		<description>I don&#039;t think it is your imagination.  Red wines which have had some exposure to oxygen after opening tend to mellow.  This is why it is recomended that you decant young red wines before drinking.  A large glass tends to give the wine more exposure to oxygen.  If you are sipping your wine slowly the larger wine glass will help its exposure to oxygen.  However, drinking wine out of a large glass has exceptions.  Ever been to an authentic Italian restaurant?  Chances are that they will serve you red wine out of a juice glass.  I still enjoy a great tuscan with pasta served in a juice glass or a wide wine glass.</description>
